1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Verdant Yields for soil assessment or consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Verdant Yields and agricultural operators within the Willamette Valley and surrounding regions.

2. Service Limitations

While Verdant Yields utilizes advanced bio-assays and proven mycorrhizal inoculation protocols, agriculture is inherently subject to environmental variables. We do not guarantee specific yield increases, as outcomes depend heavily on seasonal weather, adherence to prescriptive strategies, and prior land management practices.

3. Intellectual Property

Custom seed blend formulations and proprietary diagnostic reports provided to clients remain the intellectual property of Verdant Yields and may not be commercially redistributed without consent.
